Construction is now complete on the Eugaree Street, Southport project and 90% of the units are under contract. This great result is indicative of the high demand for GPS type product in areas such as the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. The superior finish and functional layout of the Eugaree Street apartments made them attractive to both owner occupier and investor purchasers. This project was the first we have done with this borrower, but their proven experience, partnered with a builder well known and respected by us, made this an attractive project. We are now working with this repeat team on the preliminary work for stage two. We look forward to offering investors the opportunity to invest in the second stage of this project when it is ready for investment.
