An investment into a GPS Invest Select Fund loan is for the life of the loan. So if the project is a 15 month project, your investment will be for a 15 month period. That timeframe is provided to you in the SDPS and Application Form that you will sign in order to invest.
GPS provides project specific SPDS’s that contain all the relevant details for the project including the project details, the borrower and builder history and your commitment as an investor. If you find a project that you like, you simply complete the Application Form for that SPDS and GPS makes that investment for you when the funds are received. GPS does not offer any financial advice as to which loans/if any are appropriate for you. Please always seek financial advice if required.
No. GPS can, and does, vary the distribution rate to our investors only when necessary, and this can be to both increase it or decrease it. GPS Distribution rates are not dependent on the RBA Cash Rate or other variable benchmark rates.
