The development site is located approximately 18 km to the south of the Maroochydore CBD and 1 km west of the Nicklin Way. The site forms part of Stockland’s Master Planned Oceanside precinct at Birtinya, comprising of approximately 100 hectares of land. Birtinya is an emerging residential location underpinned by the surrounding health precinct. This is stage one of a two stage development consisting of 60 residential units.
