The site is unique by its location, offering uninterrupted panoramic ocean and hinterland views from its near hilltop position. The very limited nature of such sites on the Sunshine Coast is a major driver for demand for prestige product commensurate with the location/outlook. The suburb is of historical significance. Originally named Moffat Head, it was the original location of the “Queen of Colonies” pandanus tree, commemorating where 13 passengers from the “Queen of the Colonies” ship were cast ashore in stormy weather in 1863.
