Every referral we receive is a vote of confidence in our product and in our team. Our borrower base is also built on repeat borrowers and referrals. We have over recent years seen an increase in referrals from builders and marketers. Builders are seeing new project starts deferred as presale levels required for bank funding cannot be achieved. Marketers are looking to protect the sales they have achieved and increase the amount of product under construction to sell.
